Buyers Inspection
A buyers inspection is known to be the most common form of a Home Inspection. While being informed by a professional, objective, and visual examination of the condition of a home, the buyer is able to use information to help determine if they should purchase the home or not.

Pre-Listing Inspection
Selling a home can be stressful, but getting an inspection with Royal Property Inspections will help ease your mind about the condition of your home. Being informed about the condition of your home, and repairing what's necessary to make your home more attractive to buyers is a smart investment.

Pre-Drywall Inspection
A pre-drywall inspection provides a visual examination of the structural framing, their connections, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) rough-in trades that occur prior to installation of insulation and drywall. Locating defects allows the builder time to make corrections before they become permanently hidden behind the drywall.

11-Month Warranty Inspection
Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. We’ll come out during the 11th month and perform a full home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires. Our non-invasive inspection is based on observations of the visible and apparent condition of the interior and exterior of the structure, including its major systems and components.

Commercial Inspection
The goal of a commercial inspection is to provide the client with the information they need to enter into transaction negotiations with as much power in their possession as possible.

Radon Testing
Radon is a cancer-causing radioactive gas. You cannot see, smell or taste radon, but it may be a problem in your home. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States today.

Mold Testing
Mold testing can tell you if you have a mold problem in your home. Mold tests can also help you find hidden mold, measure your indoor air quality and identify what species of mold is in your home.

Thermal Imaging
Infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to show homeowners things about their homes that can't be revealed using conventional methods.

Pool Inspection
We’ll check to see if the pool meets the local safety regulations and requirements, physical conditions of the pool such as the structure and materials, decking, equipment pad, and other features such as diving boards and slides.

Lead-Based Paint Test
A lead-based paint test is designed to determine whether your home has lead-based paint. This will tell you the areas in your home where lead-safe work practices should be used for renovation, repair, or painting jobs.
